Thank you for choosing The Barakah Files. Our products are digital resources, so this policy explains how refunds and access problems are handled for digital purchases.

1. Digital Products

Products sold by The Barakah Files are digital products such as PDF guides, ebooks, and workbooks. Nothing is physically shipped.

Because digital products can be delivered and accessed immediately, digital purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded, except in the situations described below or where applicable law requires otherwise.

2. Before You Purchase

Please review the product description, included content, format, price, and any available previews before completing your purchase. If you are unsure whether a guide is suitable for you, contact us before purchasing.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the duplicate transaction and, where appropriate, provide a refund or another reasonable resolution.

4. Missing Access or Download Problems

If you paid for a product but cannot access it, did not receive the expected delivery instructions, or the download link does not work, contact us with your order information. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide another working delivery method.

5. Incorrect, Corrupted, or Incomplete Files

If you receive the wrong product, a corrupted file, an incomplete file, or a file that is materially different from what was described, contact us. After reviewing the issue, we may provide a corrected file, replacement access, another suitable resolution, or a refund where appropriate.

6. Refund Requests

To help us review a request, please provide your name, the email address used for the purchase, your order number, the product name, and a brief explanation of the issue.

7. Chargebacks

If you experience a genuine problem with a purchase, please contact us first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve it. Fraudulent or unauthorised chargebacks may be disputed using relevant order and transaction information.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory right to a refund, cancellation, remedy, or other protection that applies under the law governing your purchase.
